That’s exactly who it’s for. You don’t need to know anything first, and you won’t be put on the spot.
Where do they happen?
It depends on the workshop! They could be in person or online, on Zoom. Camera on or off, your call. You’ll get the link by email when you book for online sessions, and directions for in person sessions.
Do I have to do the free ones first?
Nope. They help, but you can jump straight into wherever feels right for you.
I live outside of Australia, can I still join?
There will be some sessions that are going to be specific to Australia and its hazards, but I offer plenty of sessions that are good for anyone across the world!
Can’t make it live. Is there a recording?
Not all free sessions will be recorded but if you pay for a session, you can be sure that you'll always have access to the replay.
Does this replace official advice?
Never. Always follow your local emergency services. I just help you understand what they’re telling you, and have a plan ready for it.
